This explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
DVB Digital is a digital agency based in Kraaifontein, South Africa, run by Devlin Van der Berg. You can reach us at dvbdigital00@gmail.com or on 065 932 4324.
What we collect
When you submit the quote or contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you're interested in, and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to send us.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by our website platform and emailed to us, so those providers process the data on our behalf in order to deliver it. If you reach us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. Optional analytics is described in our cookie policy, where you can also accept or refuse it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is being used. To do any of these, email dvbdigital00@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
